Chemistry has frozen

If your chemistry has frozen during shipment, warm the chemistry up by placing it in a warm room.

Be careful not to use heat high enough to melt the plastic or cardboard container. When the product is warmer than 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit, it should appear normal. If it looks as though it is still frozen or as if chemical is floating, gently stir. If stirring still does not help, call (407) 333-3555  8:15 A.M. to 5 P.M. EST Monday through Friday.

If any of the above has occurred in the processor, check crossovers in the processor to ensure they are properly working. Check to see if fixer was accidentally added to developer.
