Transport rollers can be individually removed and replaced with a phillips screwdriver. Made with corrosion resistant stainless steel components and space age composites, the True-Trac transport system provides positive, anti-slip film traction which assures confident reliability against skewing, loss or damage of films.

Twin helical driveshafts with twin chemistry agitators assure smooth and reliable operation. Friction and wear are kept at a minimum.

The exclusive Micro-Opto Film Sensor assembly provides a smart, cost effective approach to chemical replenishment while providing for reliable automation of the processing and standby modes of the machine.

It senses the film size in terms of 4 different widths and length in terms of activation time and then adjusts the pumps to deliver the correct amount of chemical replenishment for each film.

The wash section of the machine is now a separate module that may be removed more easily for maintenance. If replacement should become necessary, it is also more cost effective. When operating together, both modules share the load equally between the twin driveshafts.
