• Verify if Rollers in the Processor are not Dirty. If Yes Clean Processor.
• Verify if Guide-Shoes are Inserted Properly Verify Alignment.
• Verify if Crossovers are Properly Seated and Properly Adjusted.
• Verify if Bearing in Racks are not Defective causing Drag on Drive System.
• Verify Accuracy of Racks and Rollers, Replace Questionable Parts.
• Verify if Processor Racks are Properly Squared and Aligned inside Developing Tank.
• Verify if Processor has not been moved Check to see if it is Properly Level.
• Verify that Film Feed Tray Area is Free of any and all Questionable Abrasives.
• Verify Film Feed Covers and Tray are Properly Cleaned and is not Rough or Scuffed.
• Verify Integrity and Handling of Film, Check Film Packaging, Foil, All Film Bin Edges.
• Verify that Film Loading Area is not Dirty or Abrasive. Clean Area Regularity.
• Verify Processor Wash and Dryer Assembly has been properly cleaned.
• Verify Darkroom Area is constantly kept Professionally Clean.
• Verify Work Surface is free of any and All Abrasive Counters or Edges.
• Verify Monthly Cleanings and that No Chemical Build-Up is inside Processor Racks.
• Verify that Chemical Replenishment Rates are Adjusted Accordingly to Usage.
• Verify that Chemicals are Fresh and Replaced Monthly. No Oxidation or Sludge.
