Darkroom:

• Verify Accuracy of Developer Replenishment Rates.
• Verify Accuracy of Developer Temperature is it too High?
• Verify Amount of Starter Added to Developer in the processor.
• Verify Accuracy of Fixer levels in the processor is it set low?
• Verify that Developer has not been Contaminated by Fixer.
• Verify that Processor's Rollers are not Dirty or Worn.
• Verify Integrity of Safelight Check Filter and Bulb. Is it proper type for Film?
• Verify Integrity of Darkroom, Check Exhaust Vents, Verify no Light Leaks or Heat.
• Verify Accuracy of Shipping & Handling of Film to Facility. Check Expiration Date.
• Verify Accuracy and Quality Film Vendor is it a name brand?
• Verify Film is kept away from Chemicals, Light, Scatter Radiation & Heat.
• Verify Location of Film Bin from X-Ray Room. Adequate Shielding?
• Verify Location and Storage of Film in Cassettes. Where are Cassettes Stored in Room?
• Verify Vendors Facility. Film Stored in a Air Conditioned Area or Hot Warehouse?
• Verify Storage of Film Received from Vendor. How was it Delivered in Hot Trunk of Car?

X-Ray:

• Verify Location of Cassettes. Where are they Placed during Exposures?
• Verify Proper Shielding in X-Ray Room. Check for Scatter Radiation.
• Verify that all loaded cassettes are not stored near Heat, Sunlight, or Radiation.
