that Film has not been exposed to Chemical Fog or Excessive Heat.

Proper Focal Distance. (Too Short Focal Distance?)

Calibration of System. (kVp/Ma/Timer Accurate?)
- Verify if
Power deviates During the Day or while Making Exposures.
- Verify
Accuracy and Proper Positioning of Patient.
- Verify
Accuracy of AEC System and Incorrect Centering of Patient to Chamber.
