• Verify Integrity of Fixer is it Weak or Depleted? If Questionable Replace It.
• Verify that Processor has been Warmed Up for Applicable Recommended Time.
• Verify Accuracy of Fixer was the Proper Amount of Hardener Added to Fixer?
• Verify that Fixer is not Depleted or was not Watered Down.
• Verify Accuracy of Calibration that Chemicals are not Under-Replenishing in Processor.
• Verify Adequate Level of Chemistry within Processor and Replenishment Tanks.
• Verify Accuracy of Chemicals, Were they Contaminated by Questionable Drain Overflow?
• Verify Accuracy of Processor check Temperature setting inside Processor.
• Verify Accuracy of Recirculation Pumps & Rates have they corrected accordingly.
• Verify Accuracy of Processor Dryer Heater Assembly are the fans/heaters working correctly?
• Verify Accuracy of Water Flow and Check Recirculation Lines.
• Verify that Processor is Level and has not been mover or bumped. Check Chemical Levels.
• Verify Accuracy of Drain Check for Possible Back-Up or Questionable Blockage/Sludge.
• Verify that Silver Recovery System is working properly and not Blocking Flow or Back-Washing.
